Modist Brewing Co. in downtown Minneapolis recently expanded their taproom to include a funky, trippy, modern and unique event space. With the addition came a new employee area and offices, complete with a drab stairwell that needed some life infused into it. Exploring the idea of portals and dreamlike iconography, this white cinderblock passage transformed into an eccentric and abstract mural that moves with the viewer as it traverses the corners and stairwell.
